How long will it take to receive my shipment?
Most orders are shipped within 1 business day once you
place your order. However, we do ask that you allow
a 1 - 4 day processing period in case we need to have
an item made for you by the manufacturer. If you absolutely
need an item to ship out the same day you place your
order, please give us a call at 888.660.3342 so we can
confirm that the item will ship out immediately.
Are shipping charges included in the price?
Orders are charged a flat low-rate shipping fee of $8.95
for UPS Ground (unless other methods of shipment are
used - see below).
What methods of shipping do you have available?
Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped
out UPS Ground ($8.95). Upon request, UPS 2 Day Air
($27.50) and UPS Next Day Air ($45) are also available.
Can an order be delivered to a P.O. Box?
Yes, for all shipments to a P.O. Box we will use the
United States Postal Service's Priority Mail Delivery
Confirmation. NOTE: Using a P.O. Box instead of a
physical address may delay your order by 1 - 2 days.
If possible, we recommend using a physical address
instead of a P.O. Box for tracking purposes and quicker
delivery times.
*** IMPORTANT NOTE: UPS Ground shipping is only $8.95.
If you decide to have your order shipped to a PO Box
(including APO and FPO addresses), you will incur
an additional $15 shipping charge for Priority Postal
Service).
Is "rush delivery" available?
Rush deliveries are available. Remember that orders
usually take 1 - 4 days for processing prior to shipment.
To be on the safe side, contact us via email or phone
(888.660.3342) to verify that you will receive your
package by a specific date.
Additional shipping charges for Hawaii and
Alaska?
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we use UPS 2-Day
Air Delivery. Shipping cost will be $35.
Do you ship to APO's/FPO's?
Yes, we do ship to APO's/FPO's. We use "Priority
Postal Service"; cost is $23.95. (NOTE: you will
notice this shipping option is available at time of
"checkout" if you order online. If you prefer
to order via phone, feel free to call our customer
service department at 1.888.660.3342 during store
hours).
Do you ship packages internationally?
No. We no longer ship packages to countries outside
the United States.
